I live in Raleigh, North Carolina (Triangle Area) and consider myself an aspiring Real Estate Entrepreneur with Echelon Homes and Solutions, LLC. I have a keen interest in leveraging my background in Software Engineering, I/T, and Data Analytics to do some fun things in the real estate arena. My first objective is to integrate & implement an automated, repeatable system for a scalable Wholesaling system. Again, I see the cornerstone of my success being an IT solution more so than a manual, hands-on. I will work ON my business, and not IN my business and I hope to build a strong network along the way. So let's see how it goes! I'm looking forward to meeting and connecting with seasoned professionals and even new innovators in the Raleigh Real Estate industry. My goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties to supplement my income and provide true financial freedom for my son and I. Experience: I have over 20 years of Corporate America IT experience and I am a Project Managment Professional (PMP). I do not consider myself a Real Estate Investor but more of an Entrepreneur who's focused on Real Estate. Real Estate Goals: My 2019 Real Estate goal is to grow my Network of Entrepreneurs, Investors, and Motivated Sellers. I'm looking to cultivate a BIG DATA farm to disrupt the Real Estate industry.
