We are investors in the Griffin GA area at the time. It is likely we will expand to other areas as we grow. Currently we have seven SFH buy and hold investments with offers going out as we find the deals. Our biggest challenge is finding the off market deals. The area we are in in very competitive and as outsiders in a small town the relationships are laborious to say the least. Our short term goal is to reach twelve buy and hold SFH by 10/2020. We are on track at the moment. Long term we are looking to have a million SHF's!!! lol This is the most rewarding hard work ether of us have ever engaged in. It is a passion we both find exhilarating from start to finish. Every deal, every tenant and every rehab has been a learning experience. Regardless of how good your lease, or contractor agreement or offer is we've learned from them all. We definitely are still in the beginning stages of this endeavor.
