I am in my sixth year as an investor. We have completed over 70 projects and are always on the hunt. We have our own construction crew which gives us a slight edge. I am also a Realtor and have recently passed my NYS broker's license test. I opening Long Island's first investor focused brokerage. Experience: With over 45 renovations and flips under our belts, we are entering our fifth year of operations focused on completing 25 projects in 2019.
