I am a South Florida Real Estate Investor and I’ve been a investor for almost a decade. I started by purchasing and flipping over 20 vacant properties in my first year back in 2006. Since then, I have been involved with lease options, short sales and wholesale deals. I have successfully started a real estate business to help homeowners sell their homes and help potential buyer get a chance to own a home versus renting a place to call home. I currently work independently as a property manager/investor to offer my assistance to those who are having a hard time either selling a property or getting approve the conventional way.
