Bruce Scannell

Born and raised in south eastern rural Michigan, attended and earned my bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from University of Michigan. Work has brought me to Southern California, where I received my masters degree from USC. I've been working as a structural engineer for the past 9 years and am looking for a constructive investment. Purchasing my first home, that I live in with my small family, opened my eyes to the world of real estate. Since then, I've slowly increased the portfolio, starting with several single family homes, a few duplexes, and now apartment properties, the largest being 26 units. I'm excited to keep growing, and am currently looking at properties in southeast Michigan, preferably Wayne County, greater than 50 units.
