Bryan Clement

Hello, my name is Bryan Clement and I am 21 years old. I am a relatively new real estate investor, nearing the end of my first live in flip-and-rent. I have worked in construction full time for a year and a half, and part time for the last year and a half for a total of three years. I worked in Commercial lending for two years, and I am currently working with mutual funds for a transfer agency (SS&C, used to be DST Systems/Boston Financial. I am also enrolled in a bachelor's program for Business Management (student debt free through two years!). I am interested in buying 1-4 unit properties in both the mid-coast Maine market, Augusta, GA market, with a goal to be able to move to the Orange County markets in CA and live completely on passive income within the next three to five years.
