Bryan Caprioli

I am multi-family investor, manager and broker across Wisconsin. We own a portfolio of apartments, fee manage for partners and clients and I am a real estate broker specializing in multi family. Experience: I have been a real estate salesperson/broker since 2004, receiving my CCIM designation in 2008. I currently own/manage around 300 apartments units ranging from a couple duplexes to a 75 unit property. I have also been involved in single family house flips, but would love to do something similar to an apartment building. Real Estate Goals: My 3-5 year ownership/management goal would be to get around the 500 units mark. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking clients who want to work with a real estate broker that specializes in multi-family, who has been in the trenches and can talk to them honestly about what they can expect out of a property and managing it on their own. If someone has an apartment property that needs management, and it fits our area/size/quality, then I would love to look at it. Always looking for property for myself and/or clients!
