Over the past 14 years I have been involved in buying, selling or renting around 350 single family homes. Some of these I rehabbed and sold retail, some wholesale and I kept several as personal rental property. When the market slowed in 2008 I joined a property management startup that’s now grown to manage almost 900 single family homes in Birmingham, Alabama. Most recently I purchased a Homevestors (We Buy Ugly Houses) franchise and spend my days buying houses for investors interested in either selling them retail or holding for rental property.
