I invest in non-performing notes and I am also a long term buy and hold investor with properties in CO and IA. I have used many RE financing strategies: traditional financing (VA, FHA, and conventional), "house hacking", private money, and partnerships with others. I absolutely love the flexibility that RE investing allows. The only limiting factor in RE is yourself, and I'm hooked! I am familiar with and have used standard mortgages, VA loans, FHA loans, and commercial loans on 1-4 unit residential properties. I was house hacking before that was a thing. I also manage my close by properties (within 1 1/2 hour drive) and manage the managers for those that are not. I am familiar with creating and using a solo 401k to invest and on many of the strategies of investing that capital. Real Estate Goals: The generic goal is to ensure my ability and my family's ability to follow their dreams for as many generations as deserve it. Currently Seeking: I love doing deals with others.
