My spouse and partner are looking to become Real Estate Investors. We are looking for win-win solutions. We have 10 year or less goal to learn and invest, flip and have positive cash flow rentals. We have run our own carpet cleaning company over 10 years and got out of it because it was just owning a job. We both ended up in Insurance sales for Medicare. We've worked together on several projects as a team since 1998. We have tried many things for financial security and yet not secure. So We are both on the same page, same quest to learn real estate investing.
