Multifamily investor | Blackwood Holdings Group | Pittsburgh, PA I'm Bryant Brown, principal of Blackwood Holdings Group. We buy and wholesale real estate, with a focus on value-add multifamily in the Pittsburgh area. I work off-market and with agents, and I'm open to creative structures when they fit: subject-to, seller financing, and partnerships. Before Blackwood I ran two of my own Airbnbs for a few years. Based in New Jersey and investing in Pennsylvania. Always glad to connect with lenders, contractors, property managers and other investors in western PA.
