Newbie to real estate and a software engineer by day. I've been lurking for a long while and listening to podcasts, but have been stuck in analysis paralysis for the longest time. I'm now looking to break the cycle and make something happen! I enjoy rock climbing (primarily bouldering) indoors and outdoors, although I am a novice outdoors. I also enjoy traveling and trying new foods -- I am highly motivated by food! I'd be more than happy to connect over any of these activities! Good company is always welcome :) For real estate, I'm looking to do a combination of house hacking in San Diego as well as BRRRR in the midwest. Which midwest state -- that's a work in progress!
