While I am a fairly new property investor I have a rapidly expanding portfolio. I do not shy away from challenges and invest all across the US. I currently have properties on the West Coast, East Coast, and in the Mid West. I do not confine myself to one investment model, however I believe that SFR and small multi-family provide the lowest barrier to entry with the most upside potential for the neophyte investor. I currently have 25 doors under my belt in addition to one 13 unit that I have partnered on. Although I am a comparatively new I have projected a growth of 3-4 buildings a year, which I am on track to accomplish for 2019. As my passion for real estate continues to grow I have started to investigate larger apartment buildings, note investing, and partnerships as a way to 10X my business.
