I'm a buy and hold investor in South Florida but I also invest in my hometown of Louisville, KY. I have experience in the acquisition and rehab of small multi-families and specialize in long and mid-term rentals, although I've dabbled in short term rentals as well. I work as a Landscape Architect full time and my wife and I also own Grace and Bell, a small homebuying company. I'm always looking to connect with other like-minded investors and believe in life-long learning as well as life-long giving.
