I’m a real estate investor located in Cleveland, Ohio. I look to purchase turn-key 2, 3 and 4 family units. I’m open to partnering with others to purchase units. I’m also seeking private money to close more deals in the area. I’m mostly into buy and hold as Cleveland is a great rental market. I’m familiar with the government programs that fund rent for tenants. I work with a local property manager that does a great job screening those particular tenants. Let’s connect.
