I am looking to learn more about rental properties, the legality behind them, and how to successfully manage a property to positive cash flow. Professionaly speaking, I am a Private Banker for a local commercial bank in Phoenix, AZ. I have also held positions in 1st and 2nd Mortgage origination and management.
