I am a beginning investor in the Connecticut River Valley region of New Hampshire. By day I am a software engineer and by night I have been rehabbing my homes. My wife and I have three young boys who love to help with projects. Experience: My wife and I have two SFR that we rent. We have done a live in flip(good experience, won't do it again :) ). We used the learnings from BP and our previous homes to buy our current home at half the asking price! Thanks BP.
