Experience: I've been a a broker in california since 2002 and investing since 1995. I also worked as a stock broker previously and have a lot of Institutional Investors that bring us money and assets for investing on their behalf and in our favor as borrowers. Real Estate Goals: Investing in properties that meet our flip guidelines and looking to find large $100 million dollar and up, class a portfolio properties, in major global markets for purchase in whole or in part for long tail investment strategy. Currently Seeking: Sfr's in the Los Angeles area that are discounted at purchase for flipping. We are also looking for law firms who can help our clients with short sale negotiations and other bank related legal issues dealing with real estate.
