About myself
I have been reading and learning about real estate investing and have decided that in the short term I want to go with wholesaling and long term with multi unit residential complexes. I have been a property manager at a complex with 56 residential units and 10 business units. I grew up with a father that was a landlord who made it sound like only unintelligent people would buy a home.
