Buddy LaRue

Don “Buddy” LaRue was first licensed as a real estate agent 1998 in California after being a real estate assistant in New Mexico and California since 1995. He was the first newly licensed agent to be accepted at Classic Homes Inc in Palm Springs (policy was to recruit only agents with at least five years experience, and the average agent had 15 years experience); within the first year of his license he became one of the top five agents for closed sales in the office of approximately 40 agents. In 2007 Buddy moved to Texas, obtained his real estate license and began working his magic with buyers and sellers there. In the tough years that followed, Buddy worked with real estate investors eager to purchase properties at a good price, with great returns. Buddy now brings his expertise in real estate back to Palm Springs. He helps investors purchase single family residential investment properties and shows his investor clients how to properly run the numbers to make sure a property is a good deal. “The purchase price is far from the only number a person needs to look at” he says as he begins to explain capital gain, return on capital gain, cash flow estimates and cash on cash return. His concentrations are currently focused on residential investment property, as well as property locating for a buyer’s primary residence in the Coachella Valley. He maintains his Texas Real Estate license and continues to assist buyers and sellers with both investment/2nd homes and permanent residences in both Southern California and Texas.
