Spent 15 years building a solid portfolio which finances my deals in the Los Angeles area. I have only held one permanent full time job for 5 years in my lifetime and that was working for the United States Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Detachment in London. I have been CEO of my own property management and construction company which was founded in 2003. I have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance, a Masters Degree in Information Systems and a part complete MBA in Construction and Real Estate. Somehow I don't think I will ever complete that MBA. My focus from 2013 is purchasing land and developing. All prior development have been on lots which have existing properties. To keep busy in the past I have volunteered my time to both the Army and Air Force reserves.
