I found my passion for real estate in 2015, and have experience in full gut fix and flips, condo conversions, rehabs, raising capital, and buying and holding properties for passive income. Currently I am looking for long term buy and hold and entitlement opportunities in in the surrounding towns of Boston, MA, and to network with other people in the same space to bounce ideas off of and potentially do a project or two with.
