Paul Burbank

Hello all. I am recently returned to bigger pockets after a long hiatus. I am a skilled electrical professional in the St.Pete/Tampa area. I have 15 years experience in all phases of commercial and residential electrical construction and maintenance. I am experienced in working with investors. I am not currently active in real estate but I have previously owned/managed and renovated a 3 unit property in upstate NY and have some experience with flips in the Tampa area as well. At this time I am mostly looking for opportunities to assist investors with projects or anyone else with whatever electrical or other handy man work they may require. I can provide references and photos of my work and experience. I am also aquatinted with a skilled carpenter who I work with regularly who can handle basically all your remodeling needs outside of electric and major plumbing. He will happily provide solid references as well. I am also actively searching for land to live on with my family in the area. Either as a partnership with someone or to purchase on my own. I have many different thoughts on how I would like to handle this so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have something you would like to discuss.
