Greetings Bigger Pockets Family, I'm new to the world of real estate investing. I've been reading up on the topic for a few years now but never took the step of forming an entity. I recently discovered Bigger Pockets and devour the podcasts whenever I can. The insights I've gained have led me to move from the sidelines and into the game. I have since started a company and I'm most interested in buy and hold tips and best practices and guidance on how to best execute the BRRR strategy. I will focus my energy in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and Central New York. I'm looking forward to connecting with folks!
