I have been full time real estate investor for over 35 years ago. I own BuxMont Home Buyers which is in Bucks County, just north of Philadelphia. I buy homes in as-is condition, don't charge a fee or commission and settle whenever the seller wants. I do my best to find a price that works well for the seller and for me.
