Brian Walsh is the President and founder of Progressive Properties of Greenville LLC (PPOG), a full-service residential property management company operating in Greenville, SC. Founded in 2009, PPOG has been operating in the Greenville market for over 13 years. PPOG currently manages over 540 single family and multi-family units, providing a range of services including full unit renovations. Brian is also an active real estate investor, focused on fix-and-flip, long-term rentals, and has served as co-sponsor on nine multi family syndications to date. He leverages his background in construction and maintenance paired with his expertise of the Greenville market to help his large network of investors achieve and exceed their real estate goals. Prior to founding Progressive Properties of Greenville, Brian was a Master Plumber with over 20 years of experience in plumbing and construction. PPOG began as a business focused on home flips and remodels for a small community of initial investors.
