William Yeh

William Yeh grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from UC Berkeley in 2005 with a BA in Economics. He discovered real estate investing in 2013 when he had the opportunity to help his family’s office establish a portfolio of single family residences in Solano County. From the first home tour to the first closing, he was hooked having found a natural fit with his undergraduate studies and the rigors of real estate finance and deal underwriting. Since then he has overseen the brokering, acquisition, financing, analysis, and management of over $75M in residential and commercial real estate throughout the greater Bay Area including single family, multifamily, light industrial, medical office, and developable land. Along the way, he obtained his salesperson’s license, upgraded to a broker’s license, built a network of like minded real estate professionals, and found a passion for applying his expertise towards helping his residential and commercial clients achieve their goals. Outside of work, you can find him on a tennis court, spending time with his wonderful wife and three children, or on a tennis court spending time with his wonderful wife and three children.
