About myself
Hey Bigger Pockets! My name is Byron Davis, and I am a currently a Mechanical Engineer at an oil company in Louisiana. My interest in real estate was ignited by Rich Dad Poor Dad a few years ago, and I recently discovered this community! I have been house hacking (unknowingly) for about 3 years, and I am looking to start BRRRRing in Baton Rouge later this year. My ultimate goal is to earn financial freedom by 2024, and I have been tearing through books and podcasts in preparation! I am currently working through my first flip, with a house hack under contract. Please feel free to connect!
