I spent several years in the residential construction space, now I work on the road for a timber mat supply company. My plan is to build passive income by investing in long-distance real estate, starting with small multi-family, and slowly working my way up to larger deals. I really enjoyed my days working in residential construction, so I would eventually like to get into flipping.
