I am a new investor who just purchased a buy-and-hold (house-hack) duplex in the Northern Kentucky area. My hope is to acquire 1-2 more properties within the next 12-24 months. My current focus is strictly on buy-and-hold on duplexes, triplexes and quads. I am college educated with a full-time career that focuses primarily on building and maintaining relationships. I believe this skill set will transfer well to the real estate world. Success is always about relationships! I am generally savvy with numbers and am very interested in creative ways to finance projects. Finally, I have a ton of institutional knowledge about the NKY/Cincinnati region!
