I’m a real estate investor, developer, and entrepreneur focused on building scalable cash-flowing real estate businesses and long-term wealth. My background includes 25+ years of leadership, operations, and emergency-services experience, along with years of experience investing in and managing real estate. Today, I’m focused on multifamily, value-add acquisitions, development, property management, and creative financing strategies. I’m actively building a larger real estate platform with the goal of acquiring and managing significant multifamily and residential assets while creating opportunities for other investors and operators to participate. I’m particularly interested in off-market acquisitions, distressed and value-add properties, creative financing, private capital, syndication/JV structures, and strategies that allow investors to control and scale assets without relying solely on traditional financing. I also enjoy helping newer investors understand the business behind real estate—not just how to find a property, but how to analyze deals, structure capital, manage risk, build systems, and turn individual properties into a scalable business.
