I am interested in investments for cash-flow. I am looking at BURRR for long term wealth creation. Experience: In the last 10 years I have been investing in real estate. I am mostly a buy and hold investor focusing on cash flow properties. Managing my rental property has given me working knowledge of rental market, property management and market valuation. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to generate passive monthly cash flow that reduces reliance on W2 income. Currently Seeking: Value add opportunity in single family home in bay area.
