Caitlin Stables

Originally got my real estate license in New York in 2006 and practiced there for a couple years. However, I was very young and never took it seriously. I did various things and pursued other career paths but ultimately ended up back in real estate over 10 years later! We currently live in Richmond, Virginia and I have been successfully practicing real estate here as a part of a hugely successful and ever-growing team since January 2018. My husband and I have two little girls and are pursuing rental properties of all types! We currently own a home which will be a perfect MTR when we find another primary home.
