Caleb Bryant

I began my real estate investing journey back in 2015. I had been touring with several bands playing bass and interning at a recording studio, but realized that I loved music as a hobby, not a career. I stumbled into real estate because I saw the earning potential and I had some friends in my network that were in the game. I focused on networking at the beginning and eventually made my first investment as an LP in a 192 unit apartment syndication. After several years of side jobs like pizza delivery and warehouse work, I jumped into investing full time. I am now invested in several joint ventures totaling over 400 units in apartments, 2 syndications as an LP, and I'm a partner in a real estate wholesale company based in Alabama called Resilient Invest. We wholesale properties to investors all across the U.S. who want to take advantage of Alabama's cash-flow. I am a co-owner of RHED Key Properties as well which is our consumer facing brand that rehabs properties, and finds creative finance structures to help struggling people offload their problem house.
