Caleb Johnson

My name is Caleb Johnson and thank you for checking out my channel. I started investing in RE since I was 21 years old. I have been blessed with some incredible people in my life and we have helped each other in our success. I started by house hacking a 4-plex in Apache Junction, AZ. I am currently house hacking a duplex in Eloy AZ and will be here until December of 2021. I have since moved on from smaller multifamily to 50+ unit apartments. I am apart of NK Development Group and we syndication apartments in Las Cruces and Albuquerque New Mexico as well as develop large apartment complexes in Phoenix and surrounding areas. I specialize in investor relations and marketing. I am currently looking to connect with more people in the commercial space.
