I’m a full-time firefighter. I have a BS degree in Environmental Resource Management with a concentration on OSHA. I’m interested in single family homes and small Multi family units. -BRRRR -CashFlow -Flips I’m in the process of a using an FHA to rehab an R3 investment property for 1 year. The property has one single family home and enough land to construct additional units. The single family unit should be rented out the first quarter of 2025. Due to current economic trends, I am flexible on where I invest; locally in CA or long distance. Recent areas of interest include regions of TN & GA. I’m looking to network with people in the real estate investment, construction, and property management community. To better develop systems and processes that may assist in asset acquisition and rehabilitation of properties.
