Experience: I am motivated investor looking to dive into the rental and BRRRR niche. I recently completed my first fix and flip which was fortunately a success. I currently have a 9-5 day job as a Project Engineer. I am looking to use my day job to help me maintain a solid foundation as a continue to scale in real estate. I am currently looking for rentals in the Gallatin and surrounding counties. Becoming financially free by age 30 keeps me eager to learn and continue learning as I fulfill my goal of becoming a full time real estate investor. Real Estate Goals: My goals for 2021 is to find multiple lending sources and successfully purchase my first rental property using the BRRRR method (Buy Rehab Rent Refinance Repeat). Currently Seeking: Introductions to lenders that can provide appropriate funding options and ideas, on top of small multi-family or single family investment opportunities.
