I am a relatively new investor in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. I own a small real estate investing business. I recently acquired my real estate license as well but tend to still focus on the investing side of the business that I love so much. I am mainly a buy and hold investor who is looking to do an occasional flip. Still learning the business and always open to working with new and seasoned investors.
