General Contractor and Rental Property Investor. I am a 25-year-old general contractor and rental property investor located in Illinois. I grew up in a family of the same. In the last 5 years I have built and sold 38 new construction homes. Additionally, I have started to acquire long-term rental properties. My wife and I are moving from Illinois to Fort Myers, Florida. Interested in purchasing 3-5 long-term rentals and 2-3 vacation rentals in Fort Myers, Bonita, Cape Coral, or Tampa area in 2019/2020. Looking for a real estate agent with rental experience in Fort Myers, Bonita, Cape Coral, or Tampa that we can build a relationship with as we purchase additional properties over time.
