Carl Fischer

I come from three generations of real estate investors. I bought my first property in 1979, developed it and still have it today. I presently lease commercial and residential properties. I like the tax advantages and returns real estate provides. I couple that with IRAs that provide tax free income for life for me and my family. I control real estate in multiple states. I also am a partner in CamaPlan a self directed IRA company headquartered in the Philadelphia suburbs. I graduated from Cornell University in 1976 then moved to Cape Canaveral and launched rockets until 1995 while buying, building and developing real estate on the side. I enjoy spending time with the family including fishing and hunting. I find it a privilege to pass on knowledge and experience and are thankful for what my parents taught me. Experience: I have bought my first piece of real estate in 1979 using owner financing. I had no credit and school bills to pay. I developed the property and have continued to buy real estate through out my life. Developing projects, joint ventures, rehabs, commercial (apartments, warehouses,retail and office space) and residential single family homes. I have owned property in FL, NC, TX, WI, NY, NJ, PA. I have real estate in my IRA as well as outside my IRA. Real Estate Goals: I am using real estate to provide retirement income, health insurance, schooling for grand kids, and a way to keep in touch with old and new trends. Currently Seeking: To better understand how technology is changing the real estate business and how to take advantage of the opportunities new technologies and systems provide. Passing the torch and moving the business to a new level.
