I like living in the Pacific NW for the outdoor activities, snowboarding, hiking and golfing. I was an Electrician for 9 years but quite in 2012 to start a fix and flip business. My business partner and I transitioned into building rentals starting with duplexes and moving into bigger (still small) Multi-Family. I'm also an licensed Oregon Broker with Keller Williams.
