Vacation Rental Investor I look for properties in the areas surrounding Asheville that can be turned into vacation rentals. I'm looking for uniquity in properties - mountain views, creeks, proximity, high character, etc. Anything that will help it stand out. Interested in pursuing land purchase for future construction. Current Projects: -Operating a short-term rental in Swannanoa, NC (East Asheville) after a cosmetic update -Renovating a guest bathroom on my live-in flip in North Asheville
