Hi there! I am a Software Consultant based out of the Bay Area that is looking to get into out-of-state single family and multi-family buy-and-hold investing. I see real estate as the perfect method to create generational wealth that I can then pass on to my children, and that is one of my main motivators for getting into this space. Specifically, I'm drawn towards BRRRR investing in the mid-west and Texas.
