Hello real estate investors! My name is Cameron, and I’m a 23-year-old investor based in Des Moines, Iowa. I began my real estate journey in June 2025 with the purchase of a duplex for a house hack. The property required a full cosmetic rehab and I’m handling about 90% of the work myself. I'm eager to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded investors as I continue building my portfolio.
