I began investing in single family real estate in 2011. Since that time I have done over 500 Subject to deals and continue to grow my portfolio to this day. Through holding single family homes, I have grown my net worth to just over 9 million dollars in holdings. I have done this while raising 4 children, serving selflessly in my church and living the life of my dreams with my husband! My passion is helping others and I'm the CEO of Women’s Wealth Collective, LLC where I and my team hold monthly meet-ups. It’s through Women’s Wealth Collective that ladies have an opportunity to be empowered through real estate and business education. I recently began my own construction company (KC Construction, LLC) and I'm also a Real Estate developer. I am currently working on building 3 four-plexes (12 units) near the University of Houston where I plan to rent them out to students and families. My latest venture is helping home owners who currently cannot sell their homes due to deferred maintenance. My construction company will do the renovation, get the home ready for the market, and then get paid when the home sells at the closing table. I have been an Airbnb host for the past 5 years where I'm is taking advantage of the booming short term rental market. I not only will impress with my knowledge, but I'm no stranger to taking action! This is certainly my strong point. There is no problem that cannot be solved! I' am a full-blooded entrepreneur through and through.
