Cam Jimmy

I live in Anchorage, AK and that is currently where I would like to invest. I am married with 1 kid and another kid on the way, and 2 dogs. I am here to learn, connect with others, make deals, and become financially independent. Experience: 6 deals: 1 Duplex (longterm rental), 3 SFR (primary residence turned rental, another primary res planning on "live-in flipping", and BRRR long term rental that I actually just sold in 2020), and 2 Parcels of land Real Estate Goals: My goals have changed multiple times throughout the last 2-3 years. My goal(s) now is to do 4 "Live-in-flips" in the next 12 years, while acquiring 1-2 rentals in between my "live-in-flips". I plan on acquiring these rentals using the BRRRR strategy mixed with 1031 exchanging my smaller properties into bigger, better, cash-flowing properties. Eventually leading to quitting my day job in 10-12 years...Then living off passive income. Currently Seeking: A single family Home to "live-in-flip" or a multifamily fixer upper. I feel like duplex's in my area are the way I'd like to go. So far my duplex has had great tenants and I feel like they are actually happy living there.
