I'm an Associate Broker, Realtor at Samson Properties in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I've been a licensed Realtor since 2003. Although I'm a Realtor, I still like to think creatively and each day I'm increasingly enjoying the experience of negotiating deals. I began my investing career by buying a rental property in East Point, GA. It was a complete disaster! I had no idea what I was doing or how to run numbers. I tried my hand again at investing through wholesales in 2012. I realized then that I was on to something. I got serious about wholesale deals in 2016. I am now on the hunt for buy & hold properties in Maryland. Long Term Goals - To syndicate, acquire and manage large value-add Multifamily properties across the U.S. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking for Buy & Hold deals in MD, VA, & PA and equity partners in Multifamily deals.
