Since 2019, I’ve been managing rehab projects, coordinating contractors, sourcing materials, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. I specialize in helping out-of-state investors by acting as their boots-on-the-ground project manager. What I Do: Collect contractor bids and build project timelines. Oversee work and ensure quality standards are met. Track budgets and provide weekly photo/video updates. What I Don’t Do: I don’t pay out of pocket for materials or labor (investors fund projects directly). I don’t handle tenants or property management after rehabs are complete.
