Candace Postell

I am 28 y/o and began my investment company when I was 24. I initially graduated with a Nursing degree, but decided that working for someone else until my hair turned grey wasn't an option, so I pursued what had always been my true passion. ReaI Estate. I acquired my first live in residence at 25. I still reside there today and have since aquired 2 more sfh that are free and clear of any mortgages. I am looking to aggressively grow my buy&hold portfolio as well as flipping one house per month over the next few years. My ultimate goal is to reach a Syndication level and to invest in commercial, as I would like to see larger profit gains.
