I am currently looking to start a real estate investment company. I have started doing research to begin my education. I have a small amount of money to invest and little debt. My credit is not so good and my current income is almost nothing. I now have a verbal agreement in place with someone who has a good credit rating and a reliable source of income. Things are moving forward. I am at the very beginning of this process and appreciate any opportunity to learn.
